Dinky Dots and Doodles - The Rules

  • IMPORTANT - please DO NOT use GOOGle maps to find us - it will take you to our OLD ADDRESS. I am working to rectify this. Our new post code is in your class details and you can GOogle BARNSLEY gymnastics club to find us - we are inside their building.
  • Payments will be returned for cancelled classes if a suitable transfer cannot be found.
  • All grown ups are required to stay with children throughout the session, they are responsible for the supervision of their child and there is an expectation to participate (enjoy the play time with your little person)
  • Dinky Dots and Doodles and any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session. This is a messy play session and it is advised that babies/children/grown ups all wear clothes that are okay to stain or dirty with paint and other materials. It is also down to parents to supervise safety (paint can get slippy)
  • Dinky Dots and Doodles reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, or displaying discriminatory behaviour - all our welcome at our studio without judgement.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us through a facebook message or via the email address - dinkydotsanddoodles@gmail.com
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. If you are unsure if they are able to attend please contact to confirm.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, transfers are also not offered if notice is less than 7 days.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to adverse weather, Dinky Dots and Doodles will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • Any problems, concerns, questions, please speak to Dinky Dots and doodles directly through a facebook/instagram message, in person or to the email address dinkydotsanddoodles@gmail.com and we are more than happy to answer all queries and questions.
